Comprehensive Plan Open House

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Preston, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on November 17, 2025, at 5:00p.m. at Preston City Hall, 210 Fillmore ST W, Preston, MN 55965 to receive public comment on the proposed update to the City of Preston Comprehensive Plan.

The Comprehensive Plan is intended to guide the City’s land use, transportation, housing, economic development, parks, and community services over the next 20 years.

An Open House is schedule for November 6, 2025, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Preston City Hall. A copy of the draft Comprehensive Plan is available for public review at Click Here and at Preston City Hall during regular business hours.

All interested persons are encouraged to attend the hearing and provide input. Written comments may be submitted prior to the meeting to: City Clerk; Preston City Hall, PO Box 657, Preston, MN 55965.

Following the public hearing, the Planning and Zoning Commission may make a recommendation to the City Council for consideration and possible adoption at a future meeting.
